Share Our Strength

Where’s Andy? When he is not in the kitchen or working on his next book, you can find him contributing his culinary expertise to numerous charity events and competing in friendly cooking competitions both locally and across the country.

Every year Tremont 647 hosts a Cooking Matters Dinner to benefit Share Our Strength, an organization dedicated to fighting childhood hunger in America. Working together with talented chef’s across the country using talented chefs’ to teach affordable cooking and nutrition.

Every year Tremont 647 also hosts a charity event for Share Our Strength’s Operation Frontline, a program that fights hunger by using talented chefs to teach cooking and nutrition to low-income families. Many great Guest Chefs from around Boston (and often from around the U.S.) participate in this event. Everyone involved donates their time, and all of the proceeds go directly to the organization.

These nights do fill up rather quickly, so reservations are strongly suggested.
