Andy Husbands, the award-winning Chef/Owner of Tremont 647, has been enticing patrons with his adventurous American cuisine at the South End neighborhood restaurant for eighteen years. Chef Husbands has been praised both locally and nationally for his bold flavors, commitment to using the best, fresh ingredients and seasonality, receiving nods from countless publications, from the Boston Globe and Boston Magazine to Wine Spectator and Star Chefs. Chef Husbands also competed in the 6th season of Fox Television Network's "Hell's Kitchen" hosted by Gordon Ramsay.

Lacey Tokash adds the fun to our kitchen. In 2005 she graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and after working in New York for several years, she packed her bags and moved to our neighborhood!

When working dinner Lacey enjoys blasting Taylor Swift Pandora and having spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen.

Melissa Cawley, brunch enthusiast, attended Le Cordon Bleu College in Boston and graduated in 2012. Within a year, she personally asked chef Andy Husbands if she could join his team. Starting as a line cook, Melissa worked her way up to Jr. Sous chef after just two years.

When she's not working or eating slices of pizza, Melissa enjoys Twisted Tea and the comfort of her couch.

Yrmaris Matias, the most energetic member of our team, has worked for the Tremont family for 12 years now. Influenced by her Aunt, she has been cooking most of her life. Yrmaris received a full scholarship from the Spinazzola Foundation, a non-profit organization, where she learned the tricks of the trade.

When she's not dancing in the kitchen, Yrmaris likes to drink our house-made sangria and hangout with her family.

Brian Hammerer, a jack of all trades. Having previously worked as both a server and bartender on the Tremont team, we welcomed him back as our General Manager in the summer of 2014. Not only is he our GM but also our go-to guy for hilarious 'Did you know' facts.

On his days off Brian prefers to drink Jameson and eat prime cuts of ribeye steak.

Jorge Ruiz, welcome to the team. Jorge has been working in the restaurant industry for over 8 years. Not only has he earned his position as our assistant general manager but is also a professional chalkboard artist.

Jorge's preferred drink of choice is a manhattan. He also enjoy's long walks in the moonlight with his dog Lucas.
